Andrew King
Andrew King is a local resident and was born in Surrey with his family having been here since the early 1900's. Andrew attended university (Simon Fraser Engineering) and was involved in the Telecom industry for 26 years before licensing as a real estate agent. Andrew has completed the UBC Brokers Business Planning & Financial Management program and added Strata Management, Rental Management, and the Mortgage Brokers components to his license. Andrew is also a graduate of UBC's Diploma of Urban Economics with his DULE Brokerage Specialization. In 2020, he transitioned to a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE) which he continues to pursue. Andrew is a member of BOMA, Appraisal Institute of BC, BC Union of Municipalities and other organizations which further his growth and expertise.
Andrew has worked with many of Sutton Group - West Coast Realty's managers including Ken Sinnott and Herb Fisher and most recently in 2020 he joined Darcy Reddicopp as a Managing Broker at our Abbotsford office.
Andrew knows Langley well having lived in Murrayville for 13 years.
